1. How Long Have You Been in Business?
    Custom Creations for Charity was established in 2022.


2. Where are you located, do you have a storefront?
   Custom Creations for Charity, LLC is located in Milford, DE. At this time, all items are sold online only.


3. Is your website safe?
    This website is extremely safe. How can you tell? A secure URL should begin with “https” rather than “http.” The “s” in “https” stands for
    secure, which indicates that the site is using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate. This lets you know that all your communication
    and data is encrypted as it passes from your browser to the website’s server. You will also note the image of a closed lock just before the
    web address.


4. Is this a dropshipping company?
      Yes and No. All coffee mugs, keychains, and pet I.D. tags are made to order here in Milford, DE.  All other items are considered Print On 
     Demand (POD). Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful
     purchasing decisions. 


5. How are the donations distributed to each charity?
    Donations will be sent to their respective charities quarterly, providing the charity has reached $25. For example, donations will be sent on
    the 1st day of the months of January, April, July, and October if the proceeds for that charity have reached $25. If it hasn't, it will roll over
    to the next send date. 
     
     Example:
     On December 31, proceeds for breast cancer awareness total $36.00 so a check in that amount will be mailed on January 1st. On the
     other hand, if the proceeds only total $12.00, that amount will be rolled over to be included in the next quarter payment sent on April 1st.


5. How will I know you are really donating 20% to charity?
    Every customer who makes a purchase through Custom Creations for Charity, LLC will receive a notification (via email) every time a
    donation is made. In addition, the monthly newsletter and the donation-distribution page will share information about every donation
    including receipts from charities, images of cashed checks, or other verifications available.


6. What happens if I buy something from multiple charity sections?
    20% of every sale will be allocated to the charity to which the item is related. For example, when a consumer purchases a T-Shirt, or other
    items from the Breast Cancer category, twenty percent of the purchase will be sent to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. If
    consumer purchases from more than one category, each charity will receive its respective donation. For example:

    Betty buys a breast cancer t-shirt for $19.00, a $4.99 veteran keychain for her husband, and a personalized pet mug for $9.99. In this
    scenario, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation would receive 20% ($3.80) for the T-shirt; the DAV would receive 20% ($1.00)
    for the keychain, and the ASPCA would receive 20% ($2.00) for the mug. 


7. Can I donate without purchasing something?
    Yes, you can. Each page has a link to all three charities where you can donate directly on their site.


8. What is your return/refund policy?
    If you are not satisfied with your purchase (excluding personalized items), you may return it for a full refund or replacement within 30
    days. The item must be new and unused. For obvious reasons, personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing
    error or product defect.


9. Do You Ship Internationally?
      At this time, Custom Creations for Charity only ships to the U.S. and Canada. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
